Key Responsibilities: Sr. Officer, Accounts

The Sr. Officer, Accounts will primarily focus on payroll management and employee settlements. Key responsibilities include:

• Payroll Processing: Process the salary of all employees twice a month accurately and efficiently.
• Benefits Disbursement: Ensure timely disbursement of benefits, allowances, and other entitlements such as Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF), WPPF, and Boishakhi allowances.
• Fund Administration: Disburse and administer PF, GF, and employee loans.
• Settlements: Manage final settlements of employees leaving the organization.
• Documentation: Issue various types of certificates such as Tax, Salary, PF, and GF Loan certificates to meet regulatory and individual requirements.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any other task assigned by the management related to finance and accounts.

Required Qualifications
