About the Role: As an Assistant Manager/Manager in Project Structured and Sustainability Finance, you will act as a key Relationship Manager (RM). You will be responsible for expanding the corporate client portfolio, conducting rigorous risk assessments, and structuring tailored financial solutions such as syndicated loans and green financing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and manage the existing departmental portfolio while pursuing and arranging new business deals.

  • Business Development: Generate, monitor, and follow up on new business leads related to structured finance, refinancing, and green financing.

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex financial statements and prepare detailed financial models to assess creditworthiness.

  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and analyze Information Memoranda (IM) for project financing and syndication.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry analyses, prepare reports on economic conditions, and forecast market trends.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain professional correspondence and effective relationships with external stakeholders (Bangladesh Bank, syndicated lenders, corporate entities) and internal departments (CRM, Operations, Treasury).

  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely preparation and submission of all internal and external regulatory reports, while maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) and upholding corporate governance.

  • Client Visits: Conduct routine client and project visits and prepare detailed visit reports.

Required Qualifications

To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum Graduation (Bachelor/Honors) from a reputed public/private university.

    • Preference: Background in Finance & Accounting is highly preferred.

  • Experience:

    • At least 05 years of business experience with a reputed Bank or NBFI.

    • Strong working knowledge of Finance & Bank Operations, Corporate Finance, and Banking Services.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Good understanding of analyzing financial statements and financial modeling.

    • Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

    • High proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel for financial modeling).

  • Age Limit:

    • Up to 38 years of age.
