Securing this Bank Liability Sales Job Dhaka means you will drive the core deposit growth of the bank. Mutual Trust Bank operates a massive network of corporate and retail clients. Therefore, you must ensure a healthy TD (Term Deposit) and CASA (Current Account Savings Account) ratio.
Furthermore, this role demands excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will actively cross-sell company products. You will place a special focus on Bancassurance to increase overall revenue. You must also conduct strict due diligence on clients’ funding sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers efficiently. Generate massive deposit growth from potential Retail, SME, and Corporate clients.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and aggressively improve the bank’s TD & CASA deposit ratio.
Cross-Selling: Cross-sell various financial products proactively. Focus heavily on Bancassurance policies to maximize revenue.
Compliance & KYC: Conduct proper due diligence on clients’ identities. Verify all funding sources strictly when establishing new relationships.
Customer Retention: Retain existing liability customers carefully. Provide them with consistently high-quality banking services.
Reporting: Submit daily sales call reports to your supervisor. Report weekly and monthly business performance to the line manager.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must strictly meet the academic and professional criteria outlined by MTB.
Education: A completed degree from any UGC-approved university. No 3rd division/class is allowed in any of your academic examinations.
Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience. This experience must strictly be within the Banks business area.
Communication: High proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla.
Technical Skills: You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and organizational skills are mandatory.
