About the Role: As a Hygiene Supervisor in the Flight Catering Center, you are the gatekeeper of food safety. Your primary responsibility is to prevent contamination and ensure that every meal served on board meets strict international hygiene standards. You will monitor everything from the receiving of raw materials to the optimal temperature maintenance inside the aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hygiene Monitoring: Regularly monitor all catering areas to ensure pristine environmental, food, and personal hygiene.
  • Staff Compliance: Ensure all staff maintain personal hygiene as per SOPs, conduct floor-level spot training, and report deviations to the Line Manager.
  • Quality Control: Check receiving goods at the entry point, monitor daily stock rotation, and verify the expiry date/date code system of finished products.
  • HACCP Management: Monitor production, storage, and dispatch processes as per Food Safety Guidelines. Evaluate and report HACCP records daily.
  • Cross-Contamination Prevention: Ensure strict separation of raw and cooked foods at all times.
  • Temperature Control: Ensure Optimal Temperature is maintained across all stages (production floor, packaging room, freezer, chiller, delivery van, high-lifter, and aircraft).
  • Lab Analysis & Pest Control: Collect samples for lab tests, perform basic laboratory analysis, and monitor daily/periodical pest control services.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Diploma in Food Technology from a recognized institute.

  • Experience:

    • 1 to 2 years of experience in Airlines, Group of Companies, Hotels, or Restaurants.

    • Note: Freshers with the right educational background are also highly encouraged to apply.

  • Age & Gender:

    • Must be at least 20 years of age.

    • Only Male candidates are allowed to apply.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Catering, Packaged Food & Beverage, and Food Safety regulations.
